Terms of Sale & Deposit Policy

These terms apply to every puppy reserved or purchased from TINY TREASURE CHIPUPS (“TinyTreasureChiPups,” “we,” “us”). Your signed Sales Agreement is the legally binding contract. This page summarizes it so you know what to expect before you commit

How to Reserve a Puppy
  1.  Inquire. Fill out our inquiry form or contact us about the puppy you’re interested in.
  2. Get to know us. We answer your questions, and we’re happy to schedule a live video call so you can see the puppy and its mother before paying anything.
  3. Deposit. When you’re ready, a deposit reserves your puppy and takes them off our available list.
  4. Updates. We send you photos and updates until go-home day.
  5. Go-home day. You pay the remaining balance and sign the Sales Agreement. Then you pick up your puppy or receive them by nanny delivery.

We reserve the right to decline any sale if we believe a home is not a good fit for the puppy.

 

Pricing
  • Each puppy’s price is shown on its listing.
  • The price includes: [vaccinations and deworming to date, vet health certificate, microchip, starter kit, registration papers].
  • Delivery costs (ground or flight nanny) are not included. They are quoted separately before booking.
Deposits

  • Deposit amount: $500 per puppy. It is applied to the purchase price.

  • Non-refundable, but transferable.  A deposit takes the puppy off the market and turns away other families, so it is non-refundable if you change your mind. However, it may be transferred once to another available puppy or a future litter within [6] months.

  • Refunded in full if:
    – The puppy has a health problem found by our vet before go-home day
    – The puppy passes away before go-home day
    – We cancel the sale for any reason
    – Balance due: The remaining balance is due 2 days before delivery.
    – Missed pickup: If you don’t pick up or arrange delivery within 7 days of the agreed go-home date, and haven’t contacted us, the puppy may be offered to another family. Boarding beyond that date may be charged at $50 per day.

Go-Home Age

Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age, once they have been vet checked and are eating well on their own. We may keep a very small puppy longer if their health requires it.

Pickup & Delivery

– In-person pickup at our home by appointment and free of charge.
– Ground nanny and in-cabin flight nanny delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost. Puppies never travel as cargo or unaccompanied.
– The puppy becomes your responsibility once it is handed to you, or to your delivery nanny if you arranged the nanny yourself.

Registration & Spay/Neuter

– Puppies sold as pets come with limited registration with the [AKC / CKC] and a spay/neuter agreement.
– Proof of spay or neuter is due by 12 months of age.
– Full breeding rights are available only by separate written agreement.

Returns & Rehoming

We will always take back a puppy we bred, at any age, for any reason. We do not want any of our dogs to end up in a shelter. If you can no longer keep your dog, please contact us first.

Refunds on returned dogs are not provided except as described in the Health Guarantee or as required by law.

Photos & Descriptions

Listing photos are of the actual puppy offered. Adult size, weight, coat, and color are estimates based on parents and litter history and cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in our Health Guarantee or required by law, we are not responsible for vet bills, transportation costs, or other expenses after the puppy leaves our care. We are also not responsible for illness or injury caused by improper care, accidents, or conditions after pickup.
